Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription → Cancel. There are no cancellation fees.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for future periods
  • Pre-paid fees are non-refundable (unless required by law)
  • Your account automatically moves to the Free plan when the paid period ends

What Happens to Your Data After Cancellation

After downgrading to the Free plan:

  • You retain access to all your recordings (read-only above the Free limit)
  • You can export or delete recordings at any time
  • Purchased minute bundle balances are retained and can still be used on the Free plan
  • Shared links you created remain accessible until they expire or are deleted
  • Workspace invitations you sent will be cancelled

Minute Bundles

Purchased minute bundles (top-ups) do not expire. They remain on your account after cancellation and can be used for future transcription, including on the Free plan.

Refunds

We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time in a billing period. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under UK consumer law, please contact us and we will review your case.

Reactivation

You can reactivate a paid subscription at any time. Your previous settings and data will be intact.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any account at our discretion, including for breach of our Terms of Service, non-payment, or abuse of the platform. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious breach.
